If I purchase one ticket can I come on either day?
When you are purchasing your ticket, you will need to select the day which you will be attending the event. Your ticket is only valid for a single entry on the day which was selected upon purchase. If you wish to attend the event on both days, you will need to purchase an additional ticket.
What happens if I purchase a ticket for the wrong day?
No problems! As long as you've purchased the correct quantity of tickets you require, simply bring these along on the day. Your ticket allows you entry to the event for one day only.
How do I book a stand at the expo?
Exhibitor applications for the event have now closed. If you're interested in exhibiting in 2019, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be in touch once applications open.
Can I get a refund for my ticket/s?
No, refunds will not be offered and tickets are not transferable. Refunds will only be issued in the instance that a technical error has occurred (e.g. duplicate ticket purchased).
Where will I find my ticket once it’s been purchased?
Upon purchasing your ticket you will receive a confirmation email which will include your ticket. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Do I need to bring a printed ticket with me on the day?
If you wish to print your ticket you can, however you may also show the ticket on your phone at the door as well.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child if they are under 5 years old?
Yes, although the ticket is free.

Will there be animals for adoption at event?
Yes we will be bringing RSPCA puppies, dogs, cats & kittens to the event which will be available to adopt on the day.
Where is the Gold Coast Pet & Animal Expo being held?
At the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre, 2684-2690 Gold Coast Highway, Broadbeach. The expo will be in Exhibition Halls 3 & 4 as well as the Northern Lawn.
When is the event happening?
Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th July 2018. The event is open from 9am-4pm each day.

Is the event wheelchair/pram accessible?
Wheelchair and pram access is available to all areas of the venue.
Can I bring my pet?
You’re very welcome to bring your pet along with you the event. Please keep in mind that there will be lots of animals there on the day and we need to ensure that the welfare of all animals is a top priority. If you are unsure whether your animal will cope with large crows, tight walkways and a variety of different animals at the event, small children & babies, wheelchairs, prams, loud noises etc., then it is probably best for them to stay at home keeping their best interests in mind.
Don’t worry though, you’ll pick up that many things for them throughout the day that when you get home they will be SO happy to see you!

Do I have to purchase tickets for this event?
Yes, you will need to purchase a ticket to gain entry to the event. We recommend purchasing your ticket online to avoid the queues on the day (and to save 20%!). Visit our Tickets page for more information.
Is there an ATM in the venue?
Yes, ATM machines are available at the event however to avoid queues on the day we recommend bringing some cash with you!
Can I purchase animal products and services at the expo?
Yes. There will be over 70 exhibitors there on the day selling all things from awesome toys, treats and food to services that could assist you with your animal or provide them with some enrichment.
